The St. Philip Parish Temporal Affairs Council (“TAC”) has issued its latest communication to the parish community. The communication contains the parish’s financial results and position for the first three months of the year (i.e. to March 31, 2020). It also contains a special Parish Financial Appeal which is necessary due to the cancellation of masses (5 weeks and counting) to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
