The Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall has issued “Return to Church” guidelines that are to be implemented in all parishes throughout the Archdiocese. Fr. Bob and the clergy are reviewing these guidelines to determine how best to follow them at St. Philip and St. Clare parishes.
