A celebratory Mass in honour of St. Philip Parish's 200th Anniversary will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 10:30am. Archbishop Prendergast will preside. Come and celebrate with the Archbishop, Fr. Bob, past priests, parishioners and former parishioners! Following the Mass, the parish will be hosting a celebratory potluck lunch in the parish hall! To assist the parish in the planning of this momentous occasion, we are asking parishioners to let us know whether they plan to attend this event.
Please complete this short survey (anonymously) to let us know if you are planning on attending.
If you plan on attending the celebratory Mass with other people, please ask them not to complete this survey as well. Otherwise, these people will be double-counted in our survey results.
Please be aware that the purpose of this survey is for planning purposes only; it allows the parish to better plan for the anticipated higher numbers of parishioners, former parishioners, dignitaries and other individuals who want to share in the celebration of the parish's 200th anniversary. The completion of this survey, however, DOES NOT guarantee a seat in the church or in the overflow area for the Mass, or a seat/table at the potluck lunch. The parish strongly advises people arrive early to get their "first come, first served" seat, as the holding/reserving of seats will not be allowed. We thank everybody for their assistance and patience in this regard.
If you have any questions or want more information regarding the 200th Anniversary celebratory Mass and potluck lunch, please contact the parish office
An * denotes a mandatory question.
UPDATED: This survey was revised to seek parishioner and other individual's interest in attending the potluck lunch taking place after the 10:30am celebratory Mass. If you previously answered the survey which solicited interested in attending just the celebratory Mass, please complete this revised survey so you/your party are included in the parish's planning efforts. Thank you!
